no massive deadlift tonight.. missed the 500lber
4 sets 15 - 100kg
1 set 8 reps - 160kg
1 set 3 reps - 200kg
the pump in my forearms after set 4 were so bad i HAD to strap up for 160kg..i couldnt even keep grip for one rep! MENTAL!!
